UK Domestic Returns Policy
For orders delivered within the United Kingdom, please contact our Customer Services team via the contact form to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition and be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. Items returned damaged, worn, or otherwise in an unsellable condition may not be accepted for a refund.

After the parcel is on its way back to us, we should receive it within 15 working days. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed and your refund is being issued - this can take another 3-5 days. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
